Part 2 – Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area) Regulations 2017 amended3.Regulations amendedThis Part amends the Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area) Regulations 2017.
4.Regulation 3 amendedIn regulation 3 in the definition of Bungardi Aboriginal Community delete paragraph (b) and insert:
5.Regulation 9 amendedIn regulation 9 delete “19 August 2024.” and insert:
19 August 2025.
Part 3 – Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted Area) Regulations 2010 amended6.Regulations amendedThis Part amends the Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted Area) Regulations 2010.
7.Regulation 9 amendedIn regulation 9 delete “18 September 2024.” and insert:

Part 4 – Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area) Regulations 2017 amended8.Regulations amendedThis Part amends the Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area) Regulations 2017.
9.Regulation 3 replacedDelete regulation 3 and insert:
3. Terms used
Woolah Aboriginal Community means the area of land comprising Lot 815 on Deposited Plan 219580, other than the area indicated in the Woolah Layout Plan settlement layout lots 53 and 72;
Woolah Layout Plan means an Aboriginal settlement plan of that name developed under a State planning policy (as defined in the Planning and Development Act 2005 section 4(1)).
10.Regulation 9 amendedIn regulation 9 delete “19 August 2024.” and insert:
19 August 2025.
