Racing and Gaming Regulations Amendment

(Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 3) 2023

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Gaming Regulations

Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 3) 2023.

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

In regulation 9 delete "2023." and insert:

Part 2 — Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area)

Regulations 2017 amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted

Area) Regulations 2017.

Regulations 2009 amended

5.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Juwurlinji Restricted
Area) Regulations 2009.

6.            Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "2023." and insert:

Part 4 - Liquor Control (Spinufex Restricted Area)

Regulations 2014 amended

7.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Spinfex Restricted Area)
Regulations 2014.

8.            Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10 delete "2023." and insert:

Part 5 -Liquor Control (Wakathuni Restricted Area)

Regulations 2019 amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Wakathuni Restricted

Area) Regulations 2019.

10.          Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "2023." and insert:

Part 6 - Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area)

Regulations 2017 amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area)
