Racing and Gaming Regulations Amendment

(Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 3) 2022

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Gaming Regulations

Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 3) 2022.

2.              Commencement

Delete regulation 4.

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 — Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted

Area) Regulations 2010 amended

3.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted

Area) Regulations 2010.

4.             Regulation 4 deleted

5.            Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "2022." and insert:

2023.

Part 3 - Liquor Control (Nicholson Block Restricted

Area) Regulations 2010 amended

6.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Nicholson Block
Restricted Area) Regulations 2010.

7.            Regulation 3 amended

In Nicholson Block Aboriginal ends with "Folio 207." and insert:

regulation 3 in the definition of

the whole of Crown Reserve 39518, being Lot 506 on Deposited
Plan 400197 on Crown Land Record 3166/750.

8.            Regulation 4 deleted

Delete regulation 4.

9.            Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "2022." and insert:

2023.

Part 4 - Liquor Control (Wcirralo;ig Restricted Area)

Regulations 2013 amended

10.          Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Warralong Restricted
Area) Regulations 2013.

11.     Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the definition of Warralong Aboriginal
Community delete paragraph (a) and insert:

(a) the land lying within a circle of 20 km radius
measured from the centre of the Warralong
basketball court located at the point with the
following Geocentric Datum of Australia 2020
(GDA2020) coordinates

(i)20.648459°S;

(ii)199.590342°E;

and

12.     Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "20 September 2022." and insert:

31 October 2027.
