(Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 2) 2022

Part 1 Preliminary

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Gaming Regulations

Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 2) 2022.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

Part 2— Liquor Control (Bayulu RestrictedArea)

Regulations 2013 amended

3.      Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Bayulu Restricted Area)

Regulations 2013.

4. Regulation 4 deleted
Delete regulat io ii 4.

5.      Regulation 9 amended

In retzulation 9 delete "2022." and insert:

2023.

Note:

The note at the end of regulation 9 is to be deleted.

Part 3 - Liquor Control (Wakathuni RestrictedArea)

Regulations 2019 amended

6.      Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Wakathuni Restricted
Area) Regulations 2019.

7.      Regulation 4 deleted

Delete regulation 4.

8.      Regulation 9 amended

In reulation 9 delete "2022." and insert:

2023.
