Part 1— Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Racing and Gaming Regulations

These regulations cone into operation as follows -
(a)
Part 1 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended
This Part amends the Liquor Control (Cheeditha Restricted
Area) Regulations 2012.4. Regulation 3 amended
In regulation 3 delete "centre of the basketball court located at
Latitude -20.751152 and Longitude 117.119838." and insert:point with the following Geocentric Datum of
Australia 2020 (GDA2020) coordinates -
(a) 20.751138°S; (b) 117.1 19847°E.
5. Regulation 4 deleted
Delete regulat io ii 4.6. Regulation 9 replaced
Delete regulation 9 and insert:
9. Period during which these regulations have effect
Unless sooner repealed, these regulations have effect for the period that ends at the close of 10 August 2026.
Part 3— Liquor Control (Ngurrawaana Restricted
Area) Regulations 2018 amended
7. Regulations amended
This Part amends the Liquor Control (Ngurrawaana Restricted
Area) Regulations 2018.8. Regulation 4 deleted
Delete regulation 4.
