(Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 2) 2019
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Part 1 Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Racing and Gaming Regulations
Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations (No. 2)2019.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows -
(a)
Part 1 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.
Part 2 - Liquor Control ('Irrungadji Restricted Area)
Regulations 2010 amended
3. Regulations amended
This Part amends the Liquor Control (Irrungadji Restricted
Area) Regulations 2010.
4 December 2022. 4. Regulation 3 amended
In regulation 3 in the definition of Irrungadji Aborh,ainal
Community delete paragraph (b) and insert:
(b) Lot 351 on Deposited Plan 405537 being the
whole of the land in Record of Qualified
Certificate of Crown Land Title
Volume LR3021 Folio 707.
5. Regulation 9 amended
In regulation 9 delete "4 December 2019." and insert:

Regulations 2010 amended
6. Regulations amended This Part amends the Liquor Control (Punmu Restricted Area)
Regulations 2010.
7. Regulation 3 replaced
Delete regulation 3 and insert:
3. Term used: Punmu Aboriginal Community
In these regulations —
Punmu Aboriginal Community means that part of
Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3124
Lot 13 on Deposited Plan 240373 (Record of Qualified telecommunications aerial located at the point with the following Geocentric Datum of Australia 2020 (GDA2020) coordinates —
(a) 22.044618°S;
(b) 123.123040°E.
8. Regulation 9 amended
In regulation 9 delete "4 December 2019." and insert:
4 December 2022.
