Racing and Gaming Regulations Amendment

(Liquor Control) Regulations 2023

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Gaming Regulations

Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations 2023.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

Regulations 2013.
(a)	Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 — Liquor Control (Bayulu Restricted Area)

Regulations 2013 amended

3. Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Bayulu Restricted Area)

4.            Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 delete the definition of Bayulu Aboriginal
Community and insert:

Bayulu Aboriginal Community means the area of land
described as Crown Reserve 35197 (Lot 14 on
Deposited Plan 183081 and Lots 500 to 513 on
Deposited Plan 405216).

5.            Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "28 June 2023." and insert:

28 June 2024.

Part 3 Liquor Control (Jigculo;ig Restricted Area)

Regulations 2009 amended

6.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Jigalong Restricted Area)
Regulations 2009.

7.            Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "1 May 2023." and insert:

1 May 2024.

Part 4 -Liquor Control (Looma Restricted Area) Regulations 2011 amended

8.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Looma Restricted Area)
Regulations 2011.

9.            Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the definition of Looma Aboriginal
Community paragraph (b) delete "No. J509083L" and insert:

No. J509083.

10.     Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "28 May 2023." and insert:

28 May 2024.

Part 5— Liquor Control (Pandanus Park Restricted

Area) Regulations 2011 amended

11.     Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Pandanus Park Restricted
Area) Regulations 2011.

12.     Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "28 May 2023." and insert:

28 May 2024.

Part 6— Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka Restricted

Area) Regulations 2008 amended

13.     Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka
Restricted Area) Regulations 2008.

14.     Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the definition of Wangkatjungka Aboriginal
Community delete paragraphs (a) and (b) and insert:

(a)	Crown Reserve 35196 (Lot 11 on Deposited
Plan 182543 and Lot 99 on Deposited Plan 194196); and
(b)	Crown Reserve 26889 (Lot 6 on Deposited Plan
168953, Lot 10 on Deposited Plan 173215 and Lot 44 on Deposited Plan 189358).

15.     Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "22 April 2023." and insert:

22 April 2024.
