Racing and Gaming Regulations Amendment

(Liquor Control) Regulations 2022

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Gaming Regulations

Amendment (Liquor Control) Regulations 2022.

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

Part 2 — Liquor Control (Ngalingkadji Restricted Area)

Regulations 2016 amended

3.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Ngalingkadji Restricted

Area) Regulations 2016.

4.             Regulation 4 deleted

Delete regulation 4.

5.             Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "2022." and insert:

2023.

Note:

The note at the end of regulation 9 is to be deleted.

Part 3 — Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka Restricted

Area) Regulations 2008 amended

6.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka

Restricted Area) Regulations 2008.

7.             Regulation 4 deleted

Delete regulation 4.

8.             Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "2022." and insert:

2023.
