s1 2 s5 Racing Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 37, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Racing Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Racing Regulation 2003. 3 Omission of pt 2 (Matters about selection panels) Part 2— omit. 4 Amendment of s 17 (Appeal deposit—Act, s 168) Section 17(b), from ‘that’— omit, insert— ‘that— (a) the appeal is upheld; or (b) the tribunal is satisfied it is in the interests of justice to refund the appeal deposit. Example for paragraph (b) — The tribunal might refund the appeal deposit if it sets aside the decision appealed against and substitutes its own decision.’. 5 Amendment of s 18 (Witness fees and expenses—Act, s 178) (1) Section 18(1)(a), ‘$51.45’— omit, insert— ‘$53.55’.
