An Ordinance to amend the Racecourses Ordinance

1935-1966.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Racecourses Ordin­ ance 1970.*

(2.) The Racecourses Ordinance 1935-1966,t as amended by
this Ordinance, may be cited as the Racecourses Ordinance 1935-1970.

2. Section 3 of the Racecourses Ordinance 1935-1966 is amended by omitting the definition of " Race-meeting " and inserting in its stead the following definition:—

" ' Race-meeting' means a meeting for horse-racing, pony-

racing, trotting contests, dog-racing or foot-racing.".
