Tasracing Pty Ltd makes the following notice under section 54B(4) of the Racing Regulation Act 2004 .

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Race Field Information Publication Fee Variation Notice 2014 . 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal NoticeIn this notice, the Race Field Information Publication Fee Notice 2011 is referred to as the Principal Notice. 4Clause 4 varied Clause 4 of the Principal Notice is varied as follows: (a) by omitting from subclause (1) "1 July 2013" and substituting "1 July 2014"; (b) by omitting from subclause (3) "1 July 2013" and substituting "1 July 2014".
