(Allowances) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Racial Discrimination Act 1975.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Race Discrimination Commissioner (Allowances) Regulations.

Allowances payable to the Race Discrimination Commissioner

2. For the purposes of subsection 31 (2) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975,the following allowances are prescribed, namely, the allowances payable to an officer of the Australian Public Service.
