Rabbit Destruction Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Rabbit Destruc­ tion Ordinance 1919.

Interpretation

1. Regulation 2 of the Rabbit Destruction Regulations is amended by omit­

ting the definition of "Authorized Officer".

Repeal of Part II

2. Part II of the Rabbit Destruction Regulations is repealed.

Issue of licence to keep live rabbits or hares

3. Regulation 25 of the Rabbit Destruction Regulations is amended by

omitting "$ 1" and substituting "$ 10".

Repeal of regulation 26

4. Regulation 26 of the Rabbit Destruction Regulations is repealed.
