AN ORDINANCE

I To amend the Rabbit Destruction Ordinance 1919-1938.
BE it ordained by the Deputy of the Governor-General of the Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909-1938 and the Scat of
Government (Administration) Act 1910-1940, as follows:—

1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Rabbit Destruc- citation.

Hon Ordinance 1943.*

(2.) The Rabbit Destruction Ordinance 1919-1938, as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Rabbit Destruction Ordinance 1919-1943.

2. Section twenty-eight of the Rabbit Destruction Ordinance Duties of

1919-1938 is amended by omitting the word "thirty-one" and occupiers to inserting in its stead the word " thirty-three ". ananrafous"

animal?.
