AN ORDINANCE

Relating to Rabbit Destruction.

BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the

Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal

Seat of Government	Acceptance	Act 1909-1938 and the Seat of
Government	{Administration)	Act 1910-1933, as follows:—

1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Rabbit Destruction shortutie

(2.) The Rabbit Destruction Ordinance 1919 as amended by

the Seat of Government	(Administration)	Ordinance	1930-1938,
the Seat of Government	(Designation)	Ordinances	1938 and by the

Rabbit Destruction Ordinance 1937, is in this Ordinance referred

to as the Pr incipal Ordinance.

(3.) The Pr incipal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance,

may be cited as the Rabbit Destruction Ordinance 1919-1938.

2. .Section four of the Pr incipal Ordinance is amended by Definition,

omitting the definition of " The Minister ".

3 . The F i r s t Schedule to the Ordinances Revision Ordinance Amendment ot

.1938 is amended by omitting from Pa r t I I . the words " Rabbit Revision™
