[ASSENTED TO 22ND DECEMBER, 1909.J W HE H EAS by section two of "The RaMit Boards Preamble. Acts Amendment Act of 1903"* it was provided that " The Rabbit Boards Act, 1896,"t should continue in force until the end of the year one thousand nine hundred and eight, and thereafter until the end of the then next session of' Parliament; and whereas the said session of Parliament ended on the thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and the said last- mentioned Act, \rith its amendments (cited as "The Rabbit Boards Acts, 1896 to 1905"t), expired on that date; and whereas it is expedient to revive the said Acts, with certain excel)tions, as from the said date, and continue them in force until the end of the veal' one thousand nine hundred and ten; Be it therefore &enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;- 1. rrhis Act mav be cited as "The Rctbbit Boards Short title. Acts Revival and C01~timtation Act of 1909," alld shall he read as one with" Tile Rabbit Boards Acts, 1896 to 1905."; 2. (1.) "The Rabbit Boat'ds Acts, 1896 to 1905,"t as Revival and amended by this Act are re.vived as from the.thirtieth day ocofnRtianbub9i; ttion of' August, one thousand nme hundred and nme, and shalll:loards Acts. he deemed to have been in force since that date, and shall continue in force until the end of the year one thousand nine hundred and ten; and to the extent aforesaid this Act shall have retrospective operation. (2.) The second paragraph of section fifty-three of Repeal of "The Rabbit Boards Act, 1896,"* and section two ofeerta. i~ " The Rabbit Boards' Acts Amendment Act of 1903"* are prOVl5lons. repealed.
