JUDGMENT

WILLIAMS JA:  In this matter the Court has come to the view that there were serious errors in the directions given to the jury with respect to the standard of proof.  There should, in consequence, be a retrial and the Court will publish full reasons at a later date.

The orders of the Court will therefore be appeal allowed, convictions quashed, retrial ordered.
