McPHERSON JA:  The appeal against conviction is allowed.

McPHERSON JA:  Yes, the Court has already announced its decision that the appeal in this matter should be allowed and the conviction set aside and that there should be a new trial of the indictment.  The Court will order that the appellant be admitted to bail until the further trial of this matter or further order on the conditions on which he was originally granted bail in this matter but with the additional condition that he supply to the Director of Public Prosecutions details of his residential address, that is, the address at which he will be staying during the time he is on bail.
