CRIMINAL LAW - EVIDENCE
Trial by Judge Alone - accused charged with two counts of communicating for a prurient purpose with the intention of making a child amenable to sexual activity - accused alleged to have spoken to complainant asking the complainant to 'hook up' and 'make out' (Count 1) and to 'touch each other's penises' (Count 2) - complaint to foster carer soon after alleged communication - distress observed by foster carer - accused did not give evidence but answered police questions.
Verdicts:
Accused guilty of both Count 1 and Count 2.
Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935 s 63B(3)(b), referred to.
