THE CHIEF JUSTICE: We are disposed to adjourn the application of P to a date to be fixed by the Registrar on the basis that it proceed concurrently with the application by B, assuming that will continue on the ground of manifest excess once the fundamental question going to the validity of the plea and so on is determined.  The direction is that from this point these matters proceed together unless the Court otherwise orders.
