I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the R&I Bank Amendment Act 1994, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 12 and 13 and Schedule 1 come into operation.
