An Act to Enable the Queensland Trustees, Limited, THE to make Loans to the Trustees of the QUEENS- LAND Brisbane Cricket Ground; and to Amend "The TRUSTEES, LIMITED, Queensland Trustees, Limited, Act, 1892," ACT AMEND- MENT ACT OF 1932. as amended by "The Queensland Trustees, Limited, Act, 1930," in certain particulars, for such purpose. [ASSENTED TO 22ND SEPTEMBER, 1932.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short title 1. This Act may be cited as "The Queensland ~ ~ ~struction. Trustees, Limited, Act Amendment Act of 1932," and shall be read as one with *" The Queensland Trustees, Limited, Act, 1892," as amended by t" The Queensland Trustees, Limited, Act, 1930," herein collectively referred to as the Principal Act. t" The Queensland Trustees, Limited, Act, 1888," *" The Queensland Trustees, Limited, Act, 1892," t" The Queensland Trustees, Limited, Act, 1930," and this Act may, without prejudice to any other mode of citation, be collectively cited as. "The Queensland Trustees, Limited, Acts, 1888 to 1932." Amendment 2. The Principal Act (being *" The Queensland of Principal Trustees, Limited, Act, 1892," as amended by t" The Act. Queensland Trustees, Limited, Act, 1930 "), is amended as follows :- Section 21. 1932. COMPANIES. Queensland Trustees, Limited, Etc., Act. Ground (as hereinafter defined) on the security of the lands comprised in the Brisbane Cricket Ground (as hereinafter defined)." (b) The following proviso is added to subsection two of the said section twenty-one, namely:- " Provided that when the Company and the Company and any individual person or persons I;tcting jointly with the Company lend money in the manner prescribed in subsection one to the Trustees of the Brisbane Cricket Ground (as hereinafter defined), every such loan shall be secured to the Company and to the Company and any individual person or persons acting jointly with the Company, as the case may be, by a duly regist,ered first mortgage in favour of the Company and the Company and any individual person or persons acting jointly with the Company, as the case may be, over the lands comprised in the said the Brisbane Cricket Ground (as hereinafter defined) : Provided always that before any SQch loan to the Trustees of the Brisbane Cricket Ground as aforesaid is made, the provisions of section five of *" The Brisbane Cricket Ground Act of 1929" shall first be eomplied with, and the provisions of that Act and the .Brisbane Cricket Ground Acts shall apply and extend and have effect accordingly." (c) A new subsection six is added to the said section twenty-one as follows : - " (6.)
