[A ssented to 14 th O ctober , 1958.] B E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— Short title. 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as The Queensland Stock Inscription Acts Amendment Act of 1958.” Principal Act. Collective title. (2.) *“ The Queensland Stock Inscription Acts, 1883 to 1901,” are in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3.) The Principal Act and this Act may be collectively cited as The Queensland Stock Inscription Acts, 1883 to 1958.” Repeal of 2. Section twelve of f“ The Queensland Stock Vs.ic1. 2Noof.471. Inscription Act of 1883,” is hereby repealed. Retro- speotivity. 3. Section twelve of The Queensland Stock Inscription Act of 1883,” shall be deemed to have been repealed by this Act as from the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight, and to the extent necessary to give effect to this section this Act shall operate retrospectively. * 47 V.
