[A ssented to 14 th O ctober , 1958.] B E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— Short title. 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as “ The Queensland Stock Inscription Acts Amendment Act of 1958.” Principal Act. Collective title. (2.) *“ The Queensland Stock Inscription Acts, 1883 to 1901,” are in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3.) The Principal Act and this Act may be collectively cited as “ The Queensland Stock Inscription Acts, 1883 to 1958.” Repeal of 2. Section twelve of f“ The Queensland Stock Vs.ic1. 2Noof.471. Inscription Act of 1883,” is hereby repealed. Retro- speotivity. 3. Section twelve of “ The Queensland Stock Inscription Act of 1883,” shall be deemed to have been repealed by this Act as from the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight, and to the extent necessary to give effect to this section this Act shall operate retrospectively. * 47 V.
