Correction to Decision to approve the Queensland South Native Title Services Enterprise Agreement 2013 - 2015.
[1] Paragraph 4 of the Decision [[2013] FWCA 7615 PR542698] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 30 September 2013 is corrected as follows:
The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 7 October 2013. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2015.
