Queensland Reconstruction Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Regulation 2011. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Declaration of reconstruction area—Act, s 43(1)) Section 3(2), ‘the schedule’— omit , insert — ‘schedule 1’. 4 Insertion of new s 5 After section 4— insert — ‘5 Authority directed to undertake particular works—Act, s 96 ‘(1) Subsection (2) is a direction for section 96 of the Act. ‘(2) The authority must undertake the works stated in schedule 2.’. 5 Amendment of schedule (Map of Grantham reconstruction area) Schedule— number as schedule 1. 6 Insertion of new sch 2 After schedule 1, as numbered— insert — Page 2 2011 SL No. 182
