Queensland Reconstruction Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Regulation 2011. 3 Insertion of new s 4 After section 3— insert — ‘4 Approval of development scheme for the Grantham reconstruction area—Act, s 74 ‘For the Act, section 74, the development scheme for the Grantham reconstruction area is approved.
