The appeal foreshadowed by this application for special leave to appeal and the amended application for special leave to appeal for which the applicant sought leave does not turn on an issue of principle of general importance. In any event, the appeal does not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave. The application should be dismissed.
