This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Marine (Motor Boat and Motor Vessel) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Motor Boat and Motor Vessel Regulation 1975 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert — ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Marine (Motor Boat and Motor Vessel) Regulation 1975 . ’. ˙ Amendment of s.2 (Definitions) 4. Section 2 (definition “Smooth water limits” )— omit, insert— ‘ “smooth water limits” means the waters— (a) of rivers, creeks, streams and lakes; and (b) within breakwaters or revetments; and (c) within half a nautical mile of the shore in any waters mentioned in Part A of Schedule 6; and (d) mentioned in Part B of Schedule 6; ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 4 (Speed limits) 5.
