2 Queensland Marine (Motor Boat and Motor Vessel) Amendment (No. 1) No. 302, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Marine (Motor Boat and Motor Vessel) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Queensland Marine (Motor Boat and Motor Vessel) Regulation 1975 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 6 3. Schedule 6, Part A, Clause 10— omit, insert— ‘Cairns ‘10. The waters bounded by an imaginary line drawn— • from Buchan Point on the mainland • to a point situated half a nautical mile north of the northern extremity of Double Island • to a point situated half a nautical mile north of Upolu Reef Cay • then following the northern and eastern edges of Upolu Reef at a distance of half a nautical mile from the reef • to a point situated half a nautical mile off the eastern extremity of Upolu Reef • to Green Island • to Little Fitzroy Island • to Fitzroy Island • along the western shore of Fitzroy Island to its south-western extremity • to the southern headland of Little Turtle Bay on the mainland. ’.
