2 Queensland Marine (Hireboat) Amendment (No. 1) No. 144, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Marine (Hireboat) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Hireboat Regulation 1976 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.1 (Citation and Commencement) 4. Section 1— omit, insert — ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Marine (Hireboat) Regulation 1976 . ’. ˙ Amendment of s.2 (Definitions) 5. Section 2 (definition “smooth water limits” )— omit, insert — ‘ “approved form” means a form approved by the Board for the purposes specified in the form; “smooth water limits” has the meaning given by the Motor Boat and Motor Vessel Regulation 1975 ; ’. ˙ Amendment of s.5 (Application for licences) 6. Section 5— omit ‘ Form 1 of the Schedule hereto ’, insert ‘ the approved form ’.

(2) Section 7(1)(ii)— omit ‘ Form 4 of the Schedule hereto ’, insert ‘ the approved form ’.
