1 Short title
This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Heritage (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation 2018.
2 Regulation amended
This regulation amends the Queensland Heritage Regulation 2015.
3 Amendment of s 5 (Declaration of protected areas—Act, s 103)
Section 5(2)(b), from ‘3 years’—
omit, insert—on 1 September 2021.
