s1 2 s3 Queensland Heritage Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 273, 2002 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Heritage Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Queensland Heritage Regulation 1992. 3 Insertion of new s 13 After section 12— insert— ‘13 Protected area—Act s 50 ‘ (1) The area within 400 m of the point at latitude 24º56.929' south and longitude 153º18.211' east, on the shore of Fraser Island between Waddy Point and Orchid Beach, is declared to be a protected area. ‘ (2) The latitude and longitude are worked out using the system called the ‘World Geodetic System 1984’ or ‘WGS 84’.’.
