Queensland Heritage Amendment Regulation 2019 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Heritage Amendment Regulation 2019.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Queensland Heritage Regulation 2015.

3   Insertion of new s 3A

After section 3—
insert—

3A   Prescribed local government—Act, s 83

For section 83(1) of the Act, the Brisbane City Council is prescribed.
