[ ASSENTED TO 29TH :MARCH, 1961.] B E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative.Assembly o:f Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as " The Quee1UJland Short title. Oovernment Indu.strial Gazette Act of 1961." 2. The Government Printer is hereby authorised Publication to publish an Industrial Gazette under the title of tdu.strial "The Queensland Government Industrial Gazette," Gazette. herein referred to as the" Industrial Gazette."

The Industrial Gazette may contain a copy or published notification of any industrial act, matter or thing and iInndustrial without limiting the generality hereof such Gazette may Gazette, contain Proclamations, Orders in Council, regulations, rules, orders, determinations, agreements, awards, declarations, notifications, judgments, interpretations, directions, appointments, instruments, lists, notices and other documents the notification or publication whereof is prescribed or permitted by, or is necessary, convenient or expedient in the administrat10n of, the provisions of:- (a) " The Factories and Shops Act of 1960 " ; (b) " The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Acts, 1932 to 1959 " ; (c) "The Workers'Accommodation Act of 1952"; (d) '- The Bread Delivery Act of 1946 ~•; (e) "The Holidays Acts, 1912 to 1954"; (/) " The Anzac Day Acts, 1921 to 1930" ; (g) " The Inspection of .Jfachinery Acts, 1951 to 1960 " ; (h) " The Inspection of Scaffolding Acts, 1915 to 1960"; (i} "The Apprentices and Minors Acts, 1919 to 1959"; (j) "The Weights and Meas11,res Acts, 1951 to 1958 " ; (k) "The Electrical Workers' Acts, 1927 to 1931 "; and (l) Any other Act prescribed by the Governor in Council by Order in Council published in the Gazette and the Industrial Gazette. (b) shall have the same consequences and effect in law as if the Proclamation, Order in Council, regulation, rule, order, determination, agreement, award, declaration, notification, judgment, interpretation, direction, appointment, instrument, list, notice or other document in question had been notified or published in the Queensland Government Ga,zette, the Government Gazette or the Gazette in accordance with any such provision and any copy of the Industrial Gazette shall be admitted in evidence and have probative value accordingly. 603 By Authority: S.
