2 Queensland Dairyfarmers’ State Council Amendment Regulations 1991 PART 1—PRELIMINARY Short title 1. These regulations may be cited as the Queensland Dairyfarmers’ State Council Amendment Regulations 1991 (No. 2). Amended regulations 2.(1) The Queensland Dairymen’s State Council Regulations published in the Gazette on 17 February 1947 at page 635 are amended as set out in Division 1 of Part 2. (2) The Queensland Dairymen’s State Council (Amendment) Regulations 1991 are amended as set out in Division 2 of Part 2. PART 2—AMENDMENTS Division 1 Amendment of citation 3. General words preceding Part 1— (a) omit ‘THE QUEENSLAND DAIRYMEN’S STATE COUNCIL REGULATIONS’, insert ‘Queensland Dairyfarmers’ State Council Regulations 1947’; (b) omit ‘The Queensland Dairymen’s State Council Regulations’, insert ‘Queensland Dairyfarmers’ State Council Regulations 1947’. Amendment of reg. 21 4. Regulation 21— omit , ‘up to a maximum amount of $200.00 in any year ’.
