This by-law may be cited as the Queensland Cultural Centre Trust Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Queensland Cultural Centre Trust By-law 1982 . ˙ Omission of ss 4 and 5 3. Sections 4 and 5— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 7 (General penalty) 4. Section 7, ‘$200.00’— omit, insert— ‘4 penalty units’. ˙ Amendment of s 8 (Interpretation) 5.(1) Section 8, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Definitions ’. (2) Section 8, definition “firearm” — omit, insert— ‘ “firearm” see Weapons Act 1990 , section 3.’. ˙ Amendment of s 19 (Parking charges) 6.(1) Section 19(1), ‘Subject to the provisions of this by-law the charges’—
