Queensland Competition Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Competition Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2010. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Queensland Competition Authority Regulation 2007 . 4 Amendment of s 2 (Definitions) Section 2— insert — ‘ Allconnex Water means the Southern SEQ Distributor-Retailer Authority established under the South-EastQueenslandWater(DistributionandRetailRestructuring) Act 2009 , section 8. Queensland Urban Utilities means the Central SEQ Distributor-Retailer Authority established under the South-EastQueenslandWater(DistributionandRetailRestructuring) Act 2009 , section 8. Unitywater means the Northern SEQ Distributor-Retailer Authority established under the South-East Queensland Water(Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act 2009 , section 8.’. 5 Amendment of s 2A (Declaration of monopoly business activity—Act, s 20) Section 2A(a) to (p)— omit , insert — ‘(a) Allconnex Water; (b) Bundaberg Regional Council; Page 2 2010 SL No. 66
