Queensland Competition Authority Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Competition Authority Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2009 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, s 40(1) and (2) (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 21 May 2010. (2) In this section— postponed law means the Queensland Competition AuthorityAmendment Act 2008 , section 40(1) and (2). Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 22 May 2010. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 23 May 2010.
