This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Cane Growers’ Organisation Amendment Regulation 1992 . Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 8 March 1992.

2 Queensland Cane Growers’ Organisation Amendment Regulation 1992 Amended regulation 3. The Queensland Cane Growers’ Organisation Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. Omission of s.3 (Arrangement) 4. Section 3— omit . Amendment of s.4 (Interpretation) 5. Section 4 (definition “Act” )— omit. Insertion of new s.58A 6. After section 58— insert — ‘Composition of the Mulgrave Central Sugar Mill Suppliers’ Committee ‘58A.(1) In this section— “the Order” means the order of the Central Sugar Cane Prices Board, on 1 November 1991, assigning to the Mulgrave Central Sugar Mill land that was assigned to the Hambledon Sugar Mill. ‘(2) The Mulgrave Central Sugar Mill Suppliers’ Committee is to consist of— (a) for the term commencing 1 May 1992— (i) 5 members elected by the growers whose land, immediately before the making of the Order, was assigned to the Mulgrave Central Sugar Mill; and (ii) 4 members elected by the growers whose land, immediately before the making of the Order, was assigned to the Hambledon Sugar Mill; and (b) for each subsequent term—5 members. ’.
