s1 2 s4 Queensland Building Services Authority Amendment No. 364, 2003 Regulation (No. 4) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Building Services Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 5 January 2004. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the QueenslandBuildingServicesAuthorityRegulation 2003. 4 Amendment of sch 1A (Board’s policies) Schedule 1A— insert— ‘ 3. Amendments of the board’s policy named Financial Requirements for Licensing, made by the board on 26 November 2003 4. Amendments of the board’s policy named Financial Requirements for Contractors (other than Builders) with a Turnover of less than $75,000 per Annum - Declaration, made by the board on 26 November 2003 5. Amendments, made by the board on 26 November 2003, of the board’s policy named Financial Requirements for (Declaration): - Trade Contractors and Building Designers with a Turnover of between $75,000 - $250,000 per Annum - Builders with an Annual Turnover of less than $250,000’.
