This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Building Services Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Queensland Building Services AuthorityRegulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 3A (Work excluded from the ambit of the definition “building work”—Act, s 4(1)) 3. Section 3A(1)— insert— ‘(va)until the end of 31 January 2000, the laying of cork or parquetry flooring;’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (Classes of licences and licence requirements) 4. Schedule 2, part 1, section 3(b), part 2, section 3(b), part 3, section 3(c), part 4, section 3(c), part 5, section 3(c), part 6, section 3(c), part 8, section 3(c), part 11, section 3(c), part 12, section 3(c), part 13, section 3(c), part 14, section 3(c), part 15, section 3(c), part 16, section 3(c), part 17, section 3(d), part 18, section 3(b), part 19, section 3(c), part 20, section 3(c), part 21, section 3(b), part 22, section 3(d), part 23, section 3(b) and part 24, section 3(b), ‘1999’— omit, insert— ‘2000’.
