s1 2 s3 Queensland Building Services Authority Amendment No. 39, 2003 Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Building Services Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the QueenslandBuildingServicesAuthorityRegulation 1992. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Classes of licences and licence requirements) Schedule 2, part 9, section 2— insert — ‘ (2) The inspection or investigation of a completed building, and the provision of advice or a report, for the following— (a) termite management systems for the building; (b) termite infestation in the building.’.
