2 Queensland Building Services Authority Amendment (No. 1) No. 438, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Building Services Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The QueenslandBuildingServicesAuthorityRegulation1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.31 (Transitional provision) 3. After section 31(4)— insert— ‘(5) For the purposes of section 2(8)(a) of the Schedule to the Act, the following days are fixed— (a) in relation to the classes of building work described in Parts 3, 4, 7, 10 and 23 of Schedule 2—1 March 1993; (b) in relation to all other classes of building work—1 September 1993. ’.
