Queensland Building and Construction Commission and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Building and Construction Commission and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2015 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 27 October 2016. (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the QueenslandBuildingandConstructionCommissionandOther Legislation Amendment Act 2014 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 28 October 2016. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 29 October 2016.
