(2) Section 5(4) commences on 1 January 2015. Part 2 Amendment of Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulation 2003 3 Regulation amended This part amends the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulation 2003. 4 Amendment of s 13 (Building work that is not classified as residential construction work) (1) Section 13(1)— insert— (f) building work in a residential park.
