Queensland Building and Construction Commission Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulation 2003. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Fees) (1) Schedule 1, items 1(a)(i)(D), 1(b)(iv), 2(a)(i)(D) and 2(b)(iv), ‘1, 2 or 3’— omit , insert — 1 or 2 (2) Schedule 1, items 1(a)(i)(E), 1(b)(v), 2(a)(i)(E) and 2(b)(v), ‘4 to 8’— omit , insert — 3 to 7 4 Replacement of sch 1A (Board’s policies approved under section 19 of the Act) Schedule 1A— omit , insert — Page 2 2014 SL No. 233
