Queensland Building and Construction Commission Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulation 2003. 3 Insertion of new s 33A Part 6— insert— 33A Prescribed government project—Act, sch 1A, s 11 (1) For the Act, schedule 1A, section 11(5), definition prescribed government project , the construction of the Commonwealth Games village (the relevant project ) is prescribed. (2) For the Act, schedule 1A, section 11(2)(a), building work of any class is prescribed for the relevant project. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert— Commonwealth Games village see the EconomicDevelopment Act 2012 , section 145(4).
