1   Short title

This declaration may be cited as the Queen’s Wharf Brisbane (Relevant Entity) Declaration 2021.

2   Relevant entity—Act, s 17

For section 17(1)(c) of the Act, each of the following entities is declared to be a relevant entity—

(a)Destination Brisbane Consortium Integrated Resort Financing Pty Ltd ACN 608 539 984;

(b)Destination Brisbane Consortium Integrated Resort Financing 2 Pty Ltd ACN 608 539 993.
