QUEEN ELIZABETH II MEDICAL CENTRE (DELEGATED SITE)

AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (NO. 3) 1991

Made by the Board of the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital under section 13 (2e) in its capacity as a delegate under section 13 with the approval of His Excellency the Governor given on the recommendation of the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Trust.

Citation
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre
(Delegated Site) Amendment By-laws (No. 3) 1991.
Commencement
2. These by-laws shall come into operation on 1 January 1992.

By-law 26 amended

3. By-law 26 of the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (Delegated Site) By-
laws 1966* is amended —

(a) in sub-bylaw (2) by deleting 1156" and substituting the

following —

(b) in sub-bylaw (3) by deleting "$3" and substituting the

following —

" $3.50 ".
