Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (Delegated Site) Amendment By‑laws (No. 2) 2025

Made under section 20(1) of the Act by The Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Trust with the approval of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These by-laws are the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (Delegated Site) Amendment By‑laws (No. 2) 2025.

2.Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows —

  • (a)

    by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws are published on the WA legislation website;

  • (b)

    the rest of the by-laws — on 1 July 2025.

3.By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (Delegated Site) By‑laws 1986.

4.Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule 1 and insert:
